Return Policy

Our ultimate goal is to satisfy our customers. If a purchased item is dissatisfactory, it can be returned within thirty 30 days for a refund or exchange. merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item was received with a shipping error, defect, or damage, contact us within 3 days from receipt of the item to qualify for a no-charge pickup in all US locations. If merchandise is damaged upon arrival, the customer has the right to refuse the order.

A copy of the packing list must accompany all returns. Replacement and refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received by CHAND. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment (i.e. credit card).

CHAND, LLC reserves the right to deny any return or exchange, to amend these terms at any time, and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
